Tillitt‑Pratt d/b/a Beardstown Plaza at 21 Plaza Drive — up to $36,750.00; and Marilyn Pilger d/b/a 4 All Seasons Flowers & Gifts — up to $5,175.00. Each motion carried on a 7–0 roll call vote; Chris Baer was recorded absent.
Alderperson Eric Harbin moved the approval for Beardstown E&M Electric, seconded by Lisa Buhlig. Ron Culves moved the 25 Plaza Drive award, seconded by Harbin. Harbin moved the 21 Plaza Drive award, seconded by Shawn Taylor. The Pilger award was moved by Dawn Seward and seconded by Harbin. Roll call votes on each motion recorded yeas from Buhlig, Culves, Davis, Harbin, Schramm, Seward and Taylor.
