Items approved included minutes from the Feb. 2, 2026 meeting and voucher expenditures totaling $2,490,718.19. The board adopted Resolution No. 2526 R declaring a village-owned parcel at 10500 Grand Avenue (Lot 1) surplus and authorized staff to market the property and make the appraisal available to interested parties. The board approved Ordinance No. 2526 VC amending section 7-8B-4 of the village code regarding water meter deposits for contractors.
Licenses and contracts approved on the consent agenda included a raffle license for the River Grove Lyons Club for an event March 14, 2026; consulting agreements with Johnson Research Group, Incorporated, not to exceed $41,600 for the Downtown 2 TIF district, $31,700 for the Martens Street TIF district and $30,700 for the Milwaukee 2 TIF district; and a proposal from Christopher B. Burke Engineering for engineering services for the Crown Road drainage improvements project in an amount not to exceed $146,810.
