Forest Park council appoints Rachel Engler as village administrator

After the vote, the administrator (who spoke from the podium; the meeting record did not include a different personal introduction) thanked the council for extending a contract and said she looks forward to upcoming projects. The administrator also reminded residents to slow down in school zones and announced that Forest Park will participate in the Tour de Proviso on Oct. 4, which will include a resource fair and a 7-mile and 20-mile route.
