Brookfield board approves $1.27 million corporate warrant

The board held no extended discussion and a roll-call vote recorded unanimous “Aye.”
The vote authorizes payments on the warrant list presented to the board that evening and was adopted as a routine financial action. No additional budget amendments or follow-up hearings were requested during the meeting.
