IKE 911 operational board approves consent agenda, OKs three vendor quotes totaling $9,078.23

The Chair moved to place agenda items 8a, 8b and 8c on a consent agenda; a board member seconded the motion. The three items listed in the board packet were a Rave Mobile quote for $6,955, a Mercury quote for $1,629.23 and a second Mercury quote for $494. The secretary conducted a roll call and the measure carried 4 to 0. Mayor Katrina Thompson was recorded as absent.
Earlier in the meeting the board approved the minutes from the July 16, 2025 operational meeting by a separate roll-call vote that also carried 4 to 0. The meeting concluded shortly after the expense vote when members moved to adjourn.
The approvals were procedural votes to authorize routine expenditures and to confirm the previous meetings record; no additional discussion or conditions were recorded on the consent items during the meeting.
