The council placed two annexation ordinances on first reading (annexing parcels north of U.S. Business Route 20 and adjacent subdivisions) and scheduled them for second reading in two weeks.
The council approved Resolution 2025‑12 to release certain executive session minutes and set release dates for minutes from Aug. 2, 2021; Nov. 14, 2022; Sept. 5, 2023; and July 22, 2024. Alderman Peterson moved the motion and Alderman Stevens seconded; the roll call was 8‑0 in favor.
