The general/special-fund motion was moved by Alderman Montalbano and seconded by Alderman Hoynes; the water/sewer motion was moved by Alderman Hoynes and seconded by Alderman Gramkowski.
On procurement and IT services, the council voted to reject proposals submitted by Petrie Design, Entre Solutions and Sundog. Immediately afterward the council approved Resolution 2026-3 authorizing an agreement with Boone County to provide IT and VoIP services.
