Public-works staff and the downtown revitalization commission will be present to explain design options and collect community input.
Council members said the city would provide light refreshments and raffle prizes to encourage attendance; announced raffle items included a $150 bundle of downtown business gift cards, a turtle splash pad season pass for four, and a $50 grocery gift card. Officials urged residents to attend and noted further steps will reflect community feedback and budgetary constraints.
The open house is intended to gather input before the council makes more detailed budget and design decisions.
