The motion to proceed was called and the board approved the purchase by roll call, with one vote against and the remainder in favor. The vehicle purchase will come from the village's capital funds and will replace the administrator's current vehicle. The board did not record an amendment to the purchase at the meeting; staff said details about outfitting and assignment will be handled administratively.
