President Kukler told the public the 112 E. Burlington matter may come before the board at a future meeting and that staff will provide any further updates, including SHPO correspondence and any changes to landmark-status discussions. No board action occurred at this meeting; commenters urged trustees to consider historic-preservation impacts, zoning variances, tax implications and nearby residents' quality-of-life concerns before any approvals.
