At the Sept. 29 meeting, the Broadview Village Board approved a warrant list totaling $805,406.35 for the period ending Sept. 29, 2025, and established and adopted a consent agenda that bundled multiple contracts and license approvals.
Finance chair Trustee Abraham read line items on the warrant list, noting large payments to the Broadview Westchester Joint Water Agency ($311,292.08), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois ($149,623.11) and Utility Service Company Inc. ($100,720.66). Trustee Abraham said total expenditures over $2,500 equaled $765,910.39 and that manual checks of $1,000 were issued for community groups.
Trustees confirmed affected funds: general fund ($283,340.75), garbage fund ($26,766.49), motor fuel tax fund ($4,139.63) and the water and sewage fund ($491,159.48). After motion and roll call, the board approved the warrant list 5–0. The board then established a consent agenda that included a revised quote for 12th Street lining (FurPal USA LLC), an agreement with Impact Networking LLC, an agreement with REPT for a civic engagement platform, an addendum with Azovar Audit Solutions, and two business-license applications; the consent agenda was approved 5–0.
No items were pulled from the consent agenda for separate consideration.
