At its Nov. 3 meeting, the Warrenville City Council approved a multi-item consent agenda that included an ordinance amendment, multiple resolutions, appointments and routine financial filings.
The consent agenda included: waiving the second reading and passing Ordinance O2025-54 to amend residential district requirements for the Summerlakes, Fox Hollow and River Oaks plan unit developments; approving Resolution R2025-64 to reduce bonds for the 93 Octane Brewery production facility; approving Resolution R2025-65 to fund and contract for the creation and purchase of an outdoor mosaic mural for $60,000; appointing Lindsay Reinhart to the Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission through April 30, 2026; receiving minutes from several advisory commissions; and receiving the FY2025 annual comprehensive financial report along with invoice and wire transfer reports for October 2025.
Alderman Weidner moved to approve the consent agenda; Alderman Krekenberg seconded. The clerk called the roll and the motion carried on recorded ayes from council members present.
The council also authorized expenditures for invoices due by Nov. 17, 2025, totaling $1,082,807.86 and received and filed a report of invoices paid through Oct. 29, 2025, in the amount of $65,201.62, both items included in the consent packet.
No separate discussion or votes were recorded on individual consent items during the meeting; each item listed in the agenda was approved as presented and recorded in the meeting minutes.
