The actual CAMO award was $72,876.20, Chief Pan said: "We have since received the actual CAMO grant award, which is less than we anticipated. It was $72,876.20." He asked the board to accept the grant and approve reallocation of $20,000 from the FY26.2 budget to supplement first‑year costs.
Axon agreed to modify payment terms to spread the village's remaining obligation over the following four years, per the agenda supplement. The board moved and approved the grant acceptance and payment schedule.
