Council members approved the May 19 regular meeting minutes (8–0) and the Personnel Committee minutes (approved 5–0, with Alders Jack Morrison, Dennis Davidson and Curt Gordon recorded as abstaining on that personnel approval).
The budget ordinance was filed on the meeting record as Ordinance 2025–168; the council provided no amendments during the meeting and the motion was recorded as passed. The meeting adjourned after a brief executive-session period called for legal matters later that evening.
