He also presented the first reading of a special-use-permit ordinance for a driveway expansion at 410 Candy Lane; Planning Commission had voted 8'0 to grant the special use with conditions including Ameren approval for driveway placement. Both ordinances were read for first reading and will be discussed at the Committee of the Whole.
