At its Jan. 12 meeting the Burr Ridge Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda, which included minutes and committee reports, and the board recorded an omnibus vote to receive and file the listed items.
The board also approved an ordinance to create an additional Class H liquor license to accommodate an application from PJ Hospitality LLC (doing business as Bridewell Tavern) for a proposed restaurant at the former Yoke location on W. 300 South Frontage Road; the mayor noted he had spoken with the principal, Peter Berdy, who is tentatively planning a March soft opening.
Separately, trustees moved and unanimously accepted the resignation of stormwater management committee member Annabelle Imardino; trustees offered public thanks for her service.
The consent agenda included vendor and payroll lists for the fiscal year 2026 and staff noted the vendor list amounts in the packet. These votes were taken by roll call and recorded in the meeting minutes.
