• Finance and budget items — Approved the finance report, multiple budget amendments (including additional state funding: $346,379 for DSS; $35,010 for health), and requisitions including a $45,151.35 annual service payment for HR/accounting software.
• Appointments and reappointments — Included reappointment of Frankie Boone to the Board of Health and appointment of Dylan Bowen as economic development director.
All items were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote during the public meeting unless otherwise noted; chair called each item and commissioners responded, “Aye.”
