TIF redevelopment agreements: Under the economic development agenda the council approved four TIF redevelopment ordinances: Ordinance 4,001 (HUB TIF with Yellow Door Builders, Union Street facility), Ordinance 4,002 (Residential TIF 2 with Barnett Rentals and Real Estate Development LLC, Fox’s Cleaners site), Ordinance 4,003 (HUB TIF with Fleet Fabrication and Wiring LLC to renovate a pool barn building off Court Street), and Ordinance 4,004 (Residential TIF 1 with SI Thermal for a renovated Hillcrest home). Council approved each TIF by roll call.
Consent agenda: Earlier in the meeting the council approved the consent agenda (items a–c) by unanimous roll call.
