Riverside swears in Jesse Lytle as interim city manager; April 6 starts as first regular meeting

Manager Josh acknowledged that this is his final regular council meeting and thanked staff and the community for their support during his tenure.
The interim appointment follows Josh’s announced move to Hilliard; council said staff and Lytle will work together during the transition and that council will begin recruiting a permanent city manager. Lytle said she looks forward to working with elected officials, employees and residents and invited questions from council.
The council’s procedural action at the meeting was to usher Lytle into the role and to note that April 6 will mark Lytle’s first regular meeting as interim manager.
