Board approves multiple ordinances, TIFs and engineering contracts; declares prior executive minutes confidential

Trustees considered a slate of ordinances and resolutions and approved multiple items by roll call during the Feb. 2 meeting.

Key approvals included: - Ordinance 2008: annexation of contiguous territory to the village — motion approved by roll call. - Ordinances 2009–2013: approvals related to the Bridal HTIF tax increment redevelopment plan, TIF adoption and business-district designations; each ordinance was moved, seconded and passed by roll call. - Ordinance 2014: amendments to sections 154.018 and 154.059 to establish definitions and rules for parking, storage of vehicles, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, utility trailers and coverings — trustees carried the ordinance on a roll-call vote with one 'No' recorded for Trustee Lanter on that item. - Resolution 1-2729: authorized the president of the board to execute a contract with Tuvanar Wade and Merkin, Inc.
