Mayor Tim Fletcher opened the 2026 budget hearing at 7:32 p.m.; no members of the public offered comment and Fletcher closed the hearing at 7:35 p.m. Clerk/Treasurer DePew said she is still working on the audit and completing the budget documents.
Council also approved the September 2025 Treasurer's Report on a motion by Council Member Soha and a second by Council Member Wood. Minutes do not record detailed line-item discussions or votes beyond the motions and the notation "motion carried."
