TULLAHOMA, Tenn. ' On March 16 the Tullahoma Planning Commission approved several development items including three subdivision plats, a city site plan for a municipal shop at Wagner Park and a rezoning recommendation for a property at 704 Cedar Lane.
Commissioners approved the Holloway'Stegall Street final plat after applicant Eberly Holloway described a plan to subdivide a parcel into three lots; staff told the commission that the final plat creates three legal lots by combining two existing lots and that Development Advisory Committee review found the plat compliant.
