Participants were unsure about an exact calendar date during the meeting; staff said the workshop would be scheduled and invites circulated for the agreed time, and the date will be confirmed by follow up.
A commissioner raised concerns about declining groundwater on Lower River 7th Street and whether residents can deepen or add domestic or livestock wells; staff said the issue depends on location and may require Department of Health guidance and a check of proximity to city water lines, and staff will follow up.
