Zoning board postpones hearings for 604 Endicott St N and 238 White Oaks to April 20

The board postponed the Endicott item after the meeting was informed that legal counsel for both the zoning board and planning board could not attend. The chair explained that for the White Oaks rehearing he would recuse himself and that, combined with the short board, the matters should be continued to ensure fuller participation. Members moved, seconded and voted to reschedule both matters for the April 20 meeting.
Individuals who were present for those items were invited to leave or remain to observe the remainder of the meeting. The board recorded the postponements and asked affected parties to appear on April 20, 2026.
