The Council approved a contract with Granicus for implementation and annual subscription of the SmartGov permitting module (AB 010-2026). Councilmember Steven Glenn moved the motion; Councilmember Bruce Straughn seconded it. The motion passed unanimously, and the City Manager was authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
