Pacific council approves reappointment and routine consent items; meeting adjourns

At its Feb. 23, 2026 meeting, the City of Pacific Council approved a set of routine actions and appointments.
Council Member Katie Garberding moved to reappoint Wes Vradenburg to the Park Board for a term expiring Dec. 31, 2028; Council Member Petersen seconded and a voice vote carried 6-0. The consent agenda — claims and payroll vouchers and minutes from Feb. 9, 2026 — was approved by voice vote, 6-0. Earlier in the meeting council also approved a motion to excuse Council Member Putnam and to adopt the meeting agenda as amended, both by voice votes recorded as 6-0.
With no further business, Mayor Kave adjourned the meeting at 7:55 p.m.
