Board member A. Holek moved to discontinue the virtual public attendance option; R. Suchanek supported the motion and the board voted 3-0 in favor with L. Walker also voting yes. The motion concluded after a short discussion of the history of the virtual attendance option.
Earlier in the meeting the board unanimously approved the meeting agenda (motion by R. Suchanek; support by A. Holek) and approved the November 25, 2025 meeting minutes (motion by R. Suchanek; support by A. Holek), both by 3-0 votes. The meeting concluded when A. Holek moved to adjourn, supported by R. Suchanek; the motion carried 3-0 and the meeting adjourned at 5:08 p.m.
