Upland council approves consent calendar, reports no reportable closed-session action
Summary

In open session the council considered the consent calendar. Councilmember Zuniga moved to approve items 10a–r with item P pulled for separate consideration; the motion was seconded and the council approved the bundled consent items by voice vote, passing 4–0 with one member absent.
Councilmember Garcia pulled item P to thank contractor Mike from Vertic for services; after brief remarks the council moved and seconded approval of item P. One councilmember abstained from the vote and the item passed with three votes in favor and one abstention.
The council ended the meeting with council communications, announcements about ballot-measure information to be released within legal limits, and an adjournment in memory of retired city employee Alan Anserra.
