Staff presented three attachments: the FY2023–24 work plan accomplishments, the FY2023–24 work plan, and the proposed FY2024–25 plan. Trustees raised no substantive edits during discussion. The board approved the FY2024–25 work plan by motion; staff said the adopted plan will be forwarded to the City Council after the Arts Commission completes its review.
The board also approved the 2025 meeting calendar, which keeps the regular meeting day on the fourth Wednesday of each month, combining November and December into a single early-December meeting to avoid holidays and the day before Thanksgiving.
Both motions passed unanimously. Staff noted these approvals are procedural steps that align the board’s schedule and annual objectives with requests from City Council.
