Planning Commission approves pedestal sign for Nick's Burgers on Redlands Boulevard

John Gregg, representing the sign company, explained the prior monument sign was destroyed by a driver and the business requires visible signage to remain competitive with neighboring restaurants. Commissioners moved to adopt the resolution approving Commission Sign Review No. 493, and the motion carried by voice vote.
The sign will be placed within a landscape area at the corner of the property and is internally illuminated with an aluminum cabinet and white acrylic face bearing the restaurant logo. Conditions cover placement clearances and illumination limits.
