O'Dell provided cost components including construction engineering and inspection, VDOT oversight, and contingency in the packet; he said Imperial was the low bidder and summarized that the remaining construction estimate was reported in the presentation materials. Council did not take a vote on the presentation; it was provided as an informational update and to document the procurement history.
