Agency accepts annual disclosures; items 4 and 5 continued to March 17

Miss Garcia Voss announced staff-requested continuances of agenda items 4 and 5 to the March 17, 2026 Redevelopment Agency meeting. She introduced the disclosure-of-interest item and listed the individuals required to submit annual disclosures.
Anthony Malloy, director of the Redevelopment Agency, described the annual disclosure as a statutory requirement for employees and elected or appointed officials to declare any interest in redevelopment-area real property and recommended acceptance of the filings. The Mayor asked whether he should vote on the disclosure since his home is in a redevelopment area; staff advised that a statutory disclosure does not prohibit voting and that listing one’s interest fulfills the requirement.
The board accepted the disclosure filings by voice vote; the clerk/staff reported that "all members voted in favor of the motion made by member Seabaugh," and the motion carried. Staff also reiterated that items 4 and 5 were continued to the March 17 meeting at the request of staff. The meeting then proceeded to subsequent agenda items.
