Community Medical Center reports hundreds of mobile-crisis encounters and early opioid-respite results

Community Medical Center (CMC) staff gave the City Council a quarterly update on the Mobile Community Response Team (MCRT) and opioid-settlement-funded respite services July 9.
Project manager Lindsay Lopez reported the MCRT logged a little more than 1,800 calls during the quarter, of which 432 were new requests for service.
