Staff (Speaker 6) reminded members that the City Council meeting on April 7 will address the JC Penney parking/park contract and timeline; the committee agreed members could call staff or the chair with questions between meetings. Committee members asked staff to prepare materials on handicap parking access and on opportunities to use the master calendar and marketing tools to publicize events.
