Planning staff confirmed adjacent property owners will receive direct notice when an application is filed.
Commissioners moved and seconded immediate consideration of the ordinance and approved it by voice vote. Commissioners and staff said while rezoning allows single‑family development, the subsequent site‑plan and permitting process will provide additional review and public-notification opportunities for adjacent owners.
