The board approved minutes from its Feb. 18 closed and regular sessions and accepted accounts payable totaling $1,848,335.33 for March 2026 (Educational fund $1,125,082.27; Operations and Maintenance $256,933.80; Transportation $117,701.46; Capital Projects $334,525.66; Student activity $14,092.14). It also approved payroll for February 2026 totaling $7,415,282.18 across listed funds.
Administration presented a personnel report listing licensed and ESP resignations, retirements, rehires and new hires; the board voted to approve the personnel report. Separately, administration asked the board to approve a resolution for a reduction in force affecting one staff member named in the report; the board approved the resolution by roll call.
The board approved a reorganization of district administrative and ESP positions, including updates to job descriptions and the elimination of one assistant superintendent position (innovation and information) beginning in the 2026–27 school year.
Donations approved included a $19,000 playground-improvements donation from the Fullerton Elementary School PTA and a $3,000 sponsorship from the district’s construction management company to underwrite supplies for the district’s first Earth Day cleanup event.
All the listed action items were moved, seconded and approved by roll call during the meeting. No board member votes opposed the motions as recorded by the meeting clerk.
