John Zenner, chief of development and infrastructure, told the council that a revised draft corrects language in the packet so the resolution reflects the higher value ALSAC has agreed to pay, matching what the city previously paid for the property. "ALSAC Saint Jude has agreed to pay the higher value," Zenner said.
Council members thanked staff for the correction and the measure passed in a recorded vote with council members voting yes.
The resolution had been held from March 3 and was returned with a favorable committee recommendation; council members voted to approve the sale at this meeting. The resolution did not include additional conditions or required follow-up reports in the meeting record.
