Webb said the contract is two years with an option to renew to align with the consortium agreement the district had previously used; the exact end date of that consortium term was not specified during the meeting.
Board members confirmed the service levels will not change and that the provider acquisition (Zayo bought the prior vendor) does not alter current connectivity. The board approved the contract by roll call (7 yes, 0 no). Staff said the contract will be finalized consistent with the terms presented and returned with contract documents as needed.
