ARPA-funded elevators, annex security and behavioral health work remain on schedule, presenter says

The presenter said the court clerk work and replacements remain pending final change orders and noted the behavioral health center work is "picking up," with crews working additional hours; a schedule review is planned for Tuesday and the presenter said he would have a fuller update next meeting. He added that the ARPA-funded portion of some work "will probably end up being complete more in the August, September time frame," while the overall project balance is currently estimated around June 2027.
The board moved to receive the ARPA status reports by voice vote. Members also noted final punch-list and state requirements are being addressed for Metro 1 and 2 and that structural deterioration work in the ICB remodel is underway with architects and engineers refining plans and costs.
No formal funding approvals or ordinance changes were recorded during the presentations; staff were instructed to continue work and return with updated schedules and cost estimates when available.
