Council affirms planning commission approval for Abatan garage, adds two site conditions

The Henderson City Council on a continued public hearing affirmed a Planning Commission approval to amend a waiver of standards for an accessory garage, adding two staff-recommended conditions requiring the applicant to secure or amend a public works driveway permit and to submit an updated site plan showing a fully paved driveway within one month of the effective date of approval.

The item (appeal WOS-2021008175-A1) was presented as a request to delete a condition of approval that had required increased landscaping (nine 24-inch box juniper trees).
