The City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency opened with procedural matters, accepted the agenda as presented and approved the minutes from the Aug. 19, 2025 meeting, staff said.
Miss Garcia Voss stated there were no changes to the agenda. The meeting record indicates the motion to accept the agenda was made (recorded as made by Member Seebaugh) and carried unanimously. Staff then presented the minutes from the Aug. 19, 2025 meeting; the record shows the motion to approve was made by Member Larson and carried unanimously.
There were two public comment periods (one for agenda items at the start of the meeting and one at the end) and staff reported no speakers in either queue. The Redevelopment Agency adjourned and noted the regular meeting would begin at 4 p.m.
