Another participant raised the possibility of sharing machines between offices as a potential future cost-saving measure.
Commissioner Arndt moved to approve the item; Commissioner Snuggs seconded. The court approved the copier contract by voice vote, 5-0.
The court’s discussion flagged two operational points for future consideration: whether shared devices could reduce county-wide copying costs and the timing of multiple copier contracts that began within the same quarter.
