Henderson — On a series of voice votes at its regular meeting, the City Council adopted multiple development-related bills and referred two accompanying bills for future consideration.
The council voted to adopt bills on standard development agreements and zone changes including Inspirada Town Center (Bill 3864), Greenway and Van Wagonen (Bill 3865), Warm Springs and Boulder Plaza (Bill 3866), McDonald Highlands (Bill 3867), Neo Project/Unicorn Hills (Bill 3868) and Monument at Calico Ridge Chip Shots (Bill 3870). Council members voiced assent and the clerk announced each motion carried.
Staff also announced accompanying bills for prior items and recommended referring bill numbers 3861 and 3871 to the city council regular meeting of Oct. 7, 2025; council moved and approved those referrals.
