Planning staff presented the request, PLN MAR25-18, recommending a change from R1B to R2 to facilitate a low-density residential townhome development. Staff said the site is about 0.3 miles inside New Circle and that the proposal would connect an existing stub street (Loretta Drive) through to Claes Mill, improving neighborhood connectivity.
