A board member said they would serve if asked; another member nominated Betty Jo Stark and the motion was seconded. The board approved the nomination by voice vote (ayes recorded). Chair opened the hearing that followed and the meeting proceeded to the demolition agenda item.
Stark’s election fills an internal officer role; the board will continue to address two membership vacancies and the residency requirement for applicants to fill those seats.
