The commission approved that plan as presented.
Planning staff also presented a proposal for a 5,000‑square‑foot, two‑tenant commercial building in the West Market Commercial Development at 14134 West Colonial Drive; staff said the proposal complies with PCD zoning and recommended approval with standard staff conditions. The commission approved the site plan unanimously.
Staff did not provide detailed construction schedules or building permit timelines during the meeting; approvals were recorded as motions carried without opposition.
