- Land purchase for gas gate station: Staff recommended purchase of a 1-acre tract south of a previously proposed site to support the North Gas expansion and new gate station. An appraisal placed estimated cost at $150,000 and the seller requested $245,000; staff recommended purchase and the board approved the purchase and sale agreement.
- Employment agreement for general counsel: The board approved an employment agreement for Stephanie Bescavoyne, with a proposed start date of Dec. 16; the motion passed unanimously.
All motions were moved and seconded and roll-call votes were read with recorded "yes" votes from board members in attendance. Staff said additional details on timing, funding routing, and related procurement will be brought to future meetings as projects move forward.
