Commissioners also described attendance at a Royalton Township meeting where staff answered questions and provided findings and noted the state Office of Cannabis Management was engaging with local jurisdictions on rulemaking and clarification.
The public comment did not result in an immediate formal enforcement action announced at the meeting; staff indicated the county had provided findings and clarifications to the local township and that the county and township would continue to track complaints.
