Staff told commissioners the proposal requires amendments to the Lake Las Vegas town center standards and site design; staff noted it had received six written responses in support and 29 in opposition. Tim Robinson, representing the Crawford Group and the applicant, described the project as an "upscale grocery store" built for Lake Las Vegas and said the site would include a covered patio, 46 parking spaces and space for future fast EV charging.
