Residents press Midwest City on Ward 3 drainage, archival photos for Heritage Park Mall

He offered to sign liability waivers and to donate the images to the city; staff (Mister Lyons) offered to take his contact information and follow up.
Other residents congratulated the mayor and noted interest in emergency services roles; one resident said he had applied to be a storm chaser and had recently met the city’s emergency manager.
Next steps: staff said they would follow up with Mr. Madrid on access logistics; no specific schedule or remediation timeline for the drainage complaints was announced.
